RVS Technology Synthetic Grease

Both greases are NLGI 2 classified, but without the usual EP (Extreme Pressure) additives. Depending on the situation, the greases can be used either as the sole grease or as a treatment grease, alternating with the conventional grease otherwise used on site, e.g. adding RVS Technology grease every second, third or fourth time.

RVS Technology greases modify the surfaces susceptible to rolling and sliding friction between the metal surfaces of the object to be treated and, through the combined action of friction and pressure, form a ceramic (triboceramic) surface structure. The frictional properties of the machined surface are superior to those of the unmachined surface, resulting in longer service life and lower energy consumption.

Choose between Universal Grease based on mineral grease or Synthetic Grease based on synthetic grease, depending on whether mineral or synthetic grease is normally used.

The products are sold in 420 ml tubes. Other packaging sizes are also available for volume customers (please contact us).
