Synthetic Grease	RVS Technology Synthetic Grease Both greases are NLGI 2 classified, but without the usual EP (Extreme Pressure) additives. Depending on the situation, the greases can be used either as the sole grease or as a treatment grease, alternating with the conventional grease otherwise used on site, e.g. adding RVS Technology grease every second, third or fourth time. RVS Technology greases modify the surfaces susceptible to rolling and sliding friction between the metal surfaces of the object to be treated and, through the combined action of friction and pressure, form a ceramic (triboceramic) surface structure. The frictional properties of the machined surface are superior to those of the unmachined surface, resulting in longer service life and lower energy consumption. Miksi valita RVS-tuotteet?

RVS-tuotteet ovat täysin omaa luokkaansa verrattuna perinteisiin moottoriöljyihin ja lisäaineisiin. RVS-tuotteiden ei ole tarkoitus korvata niitä vaan auttaa niitä toimimaan siten kuin ne on suunniteltu helpottamalla niiden toimintamahdollisuuksia.

Tuotteemme ovat ihanteellisia kaikille moottoreille, kun tavoitteena on vähentää kulutusta, lisätä tehoa, pidentää huoltovälejä ja parantaa kestävyyttä, tai kun moottori ei kulumisensa vuoksi enää meinaa mennä läpi katsastuksen päästötestistä. RVS ei vaikuta moottoriöljyyn millään lailla, minkä ansiosta käsittely on huomattavasti pitkäaikaisempi kuin öljynvaihtoväli. RVS-tuotteiden teho perustuu tribokeraamiseen käsittelyyn, jossa tietyt RVS-yhdisteen ainesosat reagoivat laitteen metallipintojen kanssa ja tuottavat ohuen, mutta kestävän suojakerroksen. Keraamin muodostumisen sivuvaikutuksena on myös käytön aikana kertyneiden epäpuhtauksien irtoaminen niistä kohdista, joissa RVS-aine reagoi metallin pinnan kanssa.
